To place an order, you must pay in full or at least 50% of the total bill through one of our online payment methods, such as UPI, Bank Transfer, etc. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Once the order is confirmed, a project coordinator will be assigned to you, who will work diligently on your project until the order is delivered.
Yes, you will receive project updates on a daily basis, or at regular intervals.
Project Banao offers delivery services globally via a selection of third-party platforms, including FedEx, DHL, Bluedart, DTDC, Uber, Porter, and others. Delivery fees must be paid for by customers themselves.
We are very open to the idea of making changes to the project. To avoid additional costs, however, the revisions should be proposed prior to the final submission.
