Following things must be kept in mind before dealing:

• Advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Customers are supposed to send the complete guidelines beforehand related to the project. No modifications will be executed after the delivery of the project. Modifications after delivery will be done at an extra cost.
• In case of non-payment of the dues within 7 days, the team can take strict action against you.
• No Refunds/Exchange: Damages in transit are not the responsibility of the company. Hence, no refunds or exchanges will be issued after the delivery. It is always suggested to capture a video of the package while opening it.
• Updates related to the work will be shared with you at regular intervals. If we do not receive your agreement on the updates within 6 hours, we will continue the work respecting the deadline.
• The customer will pay delivery charges.
• If it is discovered that the students had their assignment preparation task outsourced to us, we will not be held responsible in any way.
• We request you to cooperate with us if anything does not go as per your guidelines. We will try to modify the needful.
• Return of work shall not be accepted.
• Order will not be dispatched until the total amount has been received.
• Our coordinators will remain in touch with you as per their dealing timings. We request you to cooperate with them.
